SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping time frames depend on where you are located. Orders are processed in 2 business days. If you place an order on Thursday/Friday it will most likely not be processed until the following week.

We aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 business days! Shipping Upgrades are available.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipments sent outside of Hong Kong are sold exclusive of Tax and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authority for rates.

All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges and unfortunately we are unable to predict.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE - INDIA

All shipments received in India require KYC documents (Know Your Customer) for shipment clearance with customs. In the absence of these documents, clearance delays will result and shipments will go into customs bond (additional charges may be incurred) til documents are provided.
Quad Lock ships with 2 main carriers into India, please reach out accordingly to submit your KYC Documents once tracking details are received.
