Meet Brad Longworth
For this feature, we head behind the lens with @bradlongworth, who is an automotive and lifestyle photographer originally from Liverpool, now based in Melbourne.
Brad has built a reputation for cinematic shots of 4x4s and motorcycles, often captured in some of the most remote and rugged landscapes across Australia and New Zealand.
But like many creatives, his journey didn’t start as a job.
“For me, getting out there, having a good time exploring and capturing the scenes with mates was always a hobby. Over the past 10 years, that hobby has transitioned into my job and sometimes it becomes 'work' rather than just play.”
As projects grow, so does the pressure.
“As the jobs get bigger, the creative freedom gets tighter. There’s a lot more time behind a screen… and there’s an eerie nervousness around the echoing sound of AI coming to run us all out of a job.”
Keeping It Real
That’s where REAL. EPIC. comes in.
For Brad, working with Quad Lock has meant getting back to what matters, real experiences, real people, and creative freedom.

One recent trip says it all.
Brad linked up with @barnamoto, his dog Oso, and a V8 Defender 90 for a road trip from Barcelona to Montserrat.
“We spent 4–5 days exploring, getting lost, having a good time and shooting photos. That’s where I thrive.”
And maybe more importantly:
“That's where I thrive and that's where I need to focus more of my time rather than getting caught up in the rat race and climbing the rungs of the industry ladder.”
Because at the end of the day:
“It’s about the people, the places and the good times.”
